Paul is an award winning creative consultant specialising in art direction, television, and Cross-platform properties. He has over 20 years experience in advertising, film, and illustration and has worked for some of the world's most creative advertising agencies including Batey Ads Singapore, TBWA London, and Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney.

During this time he has worked across brands such as Singapore Airlines, Telstra, Visa, Coca-Cola, Toyota and Showtime. Paul has won numerous awards for his advertising work, including seizing the prestigious Grand Prix at the Cannes International Advertising festival, a Silver Nomination at D&AD (British Design & Art Direction) and Silver for art direction at the Art Directors Club, America.

Among other achievements, Paul is also a published children's author, having released a series of educational interactive books, licensed through Parragon Books Australia and the Scholastic Corporation USA.

Mark Gravas is an award-winning filmmaker and designer, Mark has over 20 years experience in the animation industry and has worked both in Sydney and London as director, storyboard artist, designer and animator for many of the world's leading commercial studios before establishing Kapow Pictures in 1997.

He created and directed "Yakkity Yak", A 52 x 11 minute animated show for kids channel Nickelodeon and MTV Network International. He has directed and designed "Casper's Scareschool" and "Here Comes Peter Cottontail – the movie" for Classic Media, and more recently, CJ the DJ, a 52 x 11 mins children's flash TV series currently on ABC1 and ABC3 in Australia.

Mark studied fine art and graphic design at Randwick College in Sydney. He has 3 children.
